The PC Version of Graph'O->Mat runs on Windows 95 and Windows NT (tested) but should also run on Windows 3.1x machines.
In the first section, the installation and desinstallation routine will be explained. In a second section the menus and customization options will be showed. In a third section you can find a detailed example with different graphs which shows you the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithms. You can find all those graphs on the program disk (.gom - files).
